Oma P born Abdulkarim Omale Yusuf is a rapper,
singer, songwriter and performer. He had his start
in the music industry after he won a live rap battle
on Cool FM kano in 2012. Since then he has gone on
to gain recognition which has earned him a
nomination for the Song of the Year award at the
AMMA awards. His work has been also been
recognized by the British Council who have featured
him as an entertainment industry expert in their
creative engagements with Kano State. He has good
relationships and maintains Tv and radio
stations to a
combined audience estimated at 63 million
Nigerians in the Northern region of Nigeria. His
Instagram followers is growing rapidly from 2,000
followers in 2019 to 20,000 plus as at date. This
credit goes to the fact that he’s been able maintain
consistency over the past 2 years. Oma P is
definitely the biggest star of the moment according
to record of popular bloggers and radio station. His biggest achievement this year include, having 3
single topping every chart on most of the charts
countdowns in same week. His video for Fura da
Nono was number one on Arewa24 TV same week
he dropped the new visuals for zaddy, as if that was
not enough his single No yawa came No. 1 same
week on Northside connect. All this and more

the North of Nigeria.
