“As we celebrate the birthday of Mr. Khalil Suleiman Halilu, I want to assure you that his vision for innovation carries every Nigerian child—and indeed, people beyond—along with it. That is why we are reaching out to the children here today. Starting next year, we will award scholarships to children who perform exceptionally well in their education. We believe in nurturing talent and making sure every dream can soar.”
